Ant Bully? Not me!
Today I saw one of the saddest things that ever happened in my bathroom. There was a bunch of ants who were somehow seduced by the sweet smell of roses in a bottle of shower gel and tried to ingest the bottle's contents. As most of us who conducted comprehensive tests on the most easily available lifeform at home when young will very well know, shower gel or any soapy product are deadly to insects. The fact is that the soap causes the tracheae, the insects' breathing apparatus, to collapse. Poor ants didn't know what they were in for and many died at the scene. Perhaps Lux would like to feature a product placement here?
It's sad that they have become so desperate. But it's a good thing also because it means that my room is clean enough not for them to find other sources of food to feed on.
