Er...Yoga...Yogi Bear?

Must be undergoing some kinda late one-third-life-crisis thingy...Yet another journey of discovery: Yoga isn't something to be trifled with. I thought I was a pretty focused person, because, well, nobody can pull me away from playing a computer game cos I'm 1) so focused 2) so disciplined and 3) so deaf. So I thought Yoga shouldn't be a problem. However...it's more than mental focus, it's also how well you can control your body. Sitting in front of a PC doesn't take much control but standing on one foot while assuming poses for the entire species of animals and "natural" phenomenon takes plenty more work. Storks, crocodiles, giraffes, mountains, warriors, greeting the sun...makes one admire the flexibility of the Yogi while making oneself feel extremely silly. I did however master the art of wobbling...
