Everyone's revamping their websites, or just talking about it, I dunno, but since Distraction has come into being, I've been using the same tired duckshit green colour scheme. I don't know why, I'm utterly sick of it. Is it the "I've hit 30 and I've gotta do something drastic" syndrome? Maybe. Regardless, it's time for a radical change, no?
A new background colour will beget a new logo, new buttons, new navbar, new typeface even! Gosh that will take quite a bit of work and quite a bit of time too!
Time to put my skills into some good use - not for my job or my freelance work, not favours for my friends, but for the most worthy cause of all - for myself.
But don't expect to see:
1) lots of pink
2) flowers
3) polka dots
And I'll have to come up with some new sections, like "inebriation", "intoxication", "lightscameraaction", "auralpleasurisation"...hmmm...have to give this some more thought.
What should Distraction be inspired by? As this is the "proposal n pitching, heartache and bitching" stage, any suggestions are welcomed.
No suggestions for pink things please.
