"Doomed" Weekend
Guess what kept me up the whole weekend and at home... No, not Faye's birthday (8 August), although it was reason enough to celebrate. Not pre-National Day (9 August) celebrations. Yes it's Doom 3! Rushed a review and benchmarking article for Comptimes at a personal record of less than 58 hours (out of which 14 hours was spent sleeping), and submitted at dawn, 6 am, Monday morning. Thank god for the very effective Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Recovery Complex that prevented me from looking like a panda...
What a game! Doom fans, your prayers have been answered! This game means a lot to me as I have played the original Doom to its death, in long ago 1993.
Now to wait for Half Life 2...
