The Two Towers
Finally got to watch it, and, wow...was blown away by its immense scope and sheer spectacle...looks so good that it makes my eyes tear. Plenty of Legolas to watch out for (ooh he's so cool and brave and strong and nimble and handsome... :P~) but for a period that was so dark in the book, the film seems to be trying too hard to inject some light-hearted moments, which I felt was rather out of place, but then again, this is a movie...Gollum was done amazingly well, both as a character and a computer generated animation. It is definitely darker, more violent and grittier than the first movie, but has plenty of action and battles that compels you to blink less frequently...Now to wait another year for Return of the King....
